- Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
1. Timeline: 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
2. The item must be in the original condition and package as it was delivered.
3. Original Invoice showing proof of purchase to be submitted.
Hihoreca will only accept return of products for the following circumstances
1. Items is not reaching quality standard as per Seller mentioned on the portal.
2. Functionality failure of the product/s.
3. Missing part/s.
4. Any damage which is was not state it on the portal product description.
5. Product is not the same as per the purchase order.
Your item/s needs to have the Invoice or proof of purchase.
- Warranty will be valid for the product/equipment as per the Vendor (if any)
- Warranty does not cover abuse
- Warranty does not cover breakage
- Warranty does not cover any heating devices such as Heater
- Warranty does not cover any products when it is open in and tampered
- Warranty does not cover bad electrical connections
- Warranty does not cover faulty of use due to not following the instructions in the manual
- Cancellation is valid for the first 48 hours from the time item is invoiced; in case there no issue/technical problem/ damage on the equipment or
products the customer will bear the shipping cost to return the good to the vendor
Warranty: ONE YEAR for ITALIAN / FRANCE / MALAYSIAN BRAND
SIX MONTHS for CHINESE BRAND
Once the item is received, it will be inspected it, and you will be notified that the item it was well received. You will be immediately notified on the status of the refund after the inspection of the item.
If the return is approved, the refund will be process to Customer’s Account (as per its agreement).
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Customer will receive the credit within certain amount of days, depending of the policies of the payment / banking channel.
